richard, whatis temp of comp.rm.? it needs to be 80-85 f. are you keeping
the soil moist enough? at these temps without some sort of cover ie. plastic
wrap etc soil will dry out. did you sand seed edges? makes big difference. i
make a little house out of tin foil to put over the ziplock bag when i use
that method to keep heat in , seems to help . you ahve to keep checking on
the paper towel a couple times a day to make sure it stays nice and moist
without being dripping wet. 5or 6 days is not that uncommon even though you
read about rockets coming up in 1 day. hope this helps craig.
