I would suggest you simply ask the Dept. of Agriculture who placed the
"complaint".
The old "right of the accused to know the accuser" applies.
As an Oregon grower, please accept my apologies for what can be described,
at best,
an immense waste of Oregon taxpayer money, and at worst, well, words escape
me.
