Growth rates?

Please help. I've got my pumpkins outside on my hill but they really
haven't seen any growth for the past two weeks. The weather has been wet in
the Chicago area and in the 60-70 degree range. My other plants have been
growing and the grass is growing great. The pumpkins look healthy but just
aren't growing. I have 4 true leaves on each plant. Is it just not warm
enough? When does vine growth really begin. As a first time growing, I am
a bit worried? Any advise is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Steve M.
