looking for a crop stress indicator for cucurbits

Does anyone know of a crop stress indicator for cucurbit plants?  It is a
mathematical function that relates variables like wind speed, temperature,
and humidity, etc., to the expected health of a plant.

I know that crop stress indicators get routine use in the care and feeding
of big money crops like corn, but the models are often proprietary.  I'd
love to get my hands on one I could adapt to pumpkins.
