Yes, AGs will cross with any other squash in the Cucurbita maxima species.
This includes several dozen other commonly grown varieties including
Rouge Vif D'Etampes (or "Cinderella") pumpkins as well as hubbard, banana,
delicious, buttercup and turban squashes.

If you want to save pure seed you will have a crossing problem but if you
are only worried about this year's fruit you can relax; the effects of a
cross will not show up until the next generation grown from the seeds of
any cross that happens.

If you are concerned about saving pure seed (a very worthwhile goal for
all heirlooms and open pollinated varieties, not just Atlantic Giants)
you can use one of several excellent hand pollination techniques to
guarantee the purity of your strains and control the parentage of next
year's squashes. If you want to know some hand pollination techniques
just ask and you will get several from the denizens of this list.
