That sounds like a blast! I'll have to contact the zoo, it's about 45
mins from our house in Coal Valley, IL. I think it would be really
neat. We actually did that with one of our pumpkins several years ago,
sold it to a radio station for $1 a pound , then they hoisted it 40 feet
in the air and dropped it. They do it every year, but now Bob Ruff
takes his, and we NEVER beat him, so we don't even try to take any
pumpkins there any more. I love it, they actually give you"free"
elephant poop? that's too cool! Is it good fertilizer? I haven't
heard of anyone on the list using it......it's gotta be good though, I
don't think they feed on a lot of weeds, they eat good food every day!
