4 eggs -1 2/3 c sugar -3/4 c veg oil - 2 c pumpki - 2 c flour - 2tsp
baking powder - 1 tsp baking soda - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1/2 tsp nutmeg -
1/2 tsp salt - mix eggs,sugar oil and pumpkin until fluffy stir in
remaining ingredients spread out on a 10 x 15 pan bake at 350 for 20-25
min (i use a little smaller pan for thicker bars more like cake) let
cool and frost with 3oz soft cream cheese 1/2 c soft butter 1 tsp
vanilla 2c powdered sugar mix well sprinkle chopped nuts over frosting
