1 1/3 c milk - 1/2 c butter - 2 c pumpkin -1/2 c sugar - 1 1/2 tsp sa;lt
- 4 eggs - 2 tbsp yeast -8 c flour - 1/4 c melted butter - 1 c brown
sugar - 4 tsp cinnamon - heat milk and 1/2 c butter until warm combine
pumpkin, sugar and salt add milk beat in eggs and yeast add flour mix
cover and let rise (double in size) turn out on floured surface and
knead until smooth roll out into 2 rectangular peices about same size
brush on melted butter mix br sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on dough
roll dough jelly roll style slice into 1" circles place on greased
cookie sheet almost touching each other let rise again bake at 350 for
20 min frost if desired i only make this near xmas and thanksgiving
takes a while to make
