I use A&L Labs in Richmond.  Very detailed and the price wasn't too bad:

The University of Maryland also has a soil testing program - not as good as 
A&L, but still very respectable.  It's in College Park.  Let me know if you 
want contact information, I think I have the phone number in my desk at 
work.
