Mike: If it works anything like animals, I'v bred foxes for 20+ years & have found
that staying with the same blood lines, you lost size but increased quality, you needed
that outcross to maintain size & your biggest ones regardless of quality came from
totally outcrossing. Maybe the selfing will increase the color, shape ect. but I really
believe it hurts size & is this not what we are hunting for in this sport. How many
selfed has grown big ones.?????
