Seeds from a leaking pumpkin

Question to all,

I grew my personal best this year, a 608. It was picked Oct 6th and went
to weigh-off Oct 13th. From there it was placed up at our local Middle
School in their lobby for a week or so. I got a call from the school that
the pumpkin started to leak; I picked up the pumpkin that night and
brought it back home......the leak was more then a leak.......it started to
smell and was getting soft.
So instead of us carving it for Halloween, we rolled it into the garden
from my truck and it spewed it guts out "it smelled worst then Bin Laden's
arm pits" a white smelly stuff inside.......WOW!
My question is are the seeds still good from that pumpkin? I collected
many seeds while sifting through the goop. The seeds are white and many
are solid. I rinsed the seeds in a water and a little bleach solution to
kill some of the smell and they are drying now. Do you think these seeds
will still have strong genetics? (the cross is the 1064 Needham and the
798 Calai).
