       The seeds that are still firm should be fine. Many of them are 
probably covered in mold (at least mine were) and these are probably okay as 
well but I would treat them with a fungicide when you go to plant them. I n 
my pumpkins that have gone bad many of the seeds have been soft and full of 
air. I think this is due to immaturity of the seed and not "rot" of the seed 
itself. When in doubt save them and run your own germination test. As long as 
they germinate they should have potential.
