Texas pumpkins

The Assiters, who grow commercially up in Floydada, have experimented -
if that's the right word - w/ AGs, Prizewinners and Big Maxxes. I
believe they had so little success w/ the AGs that they are focusing
their efforts on the other two varieties.
If you want to aim as high as an AG can take you, check the archives for
the winner of the Southern Cup, awarded each year for the largest
pumpkin grown south of the Mason-Dixon line, and find out what seeds
grew those Giants.
