Good Question!
SASBE = Self-Address Stamped Bubble Envelope...it will protect the seeds,  
have your name on it, and has the right postage to return it to you. :-)
 
Also,  the 871 Bhaskaran 05 -> Had 0 seeds...but its mom is the  798.5 
Bhaskaran 04, so not all is lost if you like the looks of it...in fact  growing the 
mom is usually a better chance of getting similar results.
