Wow, ok, I think I can take this one...
There are not male and female seeds. There are male and female FLOWERS, and that's probably where you're getting confused!
Each plant, which grows from one seed, will produce male and female flowers. You can pollinate female flowers from male pollen from flowers on the same plant, or, you can borrow male flowers from another plant that is growing nearby.
