Re: FW: Am I back? Will I stay?

Tony,

Please stick around, we would all painfully miss you!

This is the first reaction a number of us had, Duncan is doing what he can
to work things out and has just started the transitional process. He has
offered to help people with particular problems on a personal level.

Of all the e-mail groups I have subscribed to at one time or another I have
never known a list owner to be kind enough to help people out in this
manner. Normally your treated like just another address and it is sink or
swim!

Give it a chance, eventually he will get around to all of us that have a
glitch, send him a private e-mail and explain the problem!

I don't necessarily like it either but the issues are complex and he is
trying to standardize things. Before many people had just the reverse
problem, for example many would try to post to the group and it would only
go back to the individual that posted the message, as just one example!

PS. I suggest we all pitch in and buy Duncan a case of beer or whatever it
is he likes, once all the dust settles.
