It still is warm here, but one of my plants has pretty much stopped growing
 at 7 feet.
The vine has turned a yellowish color instead of a rich green like the other
 plants.

The secondary vines stopped at about two inches, and their leaves stopped
 growing. There doesn't
seem to be any insect activity or signs of chewed leaves, it just sorta
 stopped growing.

Could this be a fungus, bacteria, or maybe the soil is missing some
 nutrient?

 Thanks in advance,

 Josh

Some possibilities are:

The soil has been depleted of nitrogen.
The days have become too short for the plant to generate food to keep growing.
