Barb,
I also planted the Eaton 739 my seeds are also light colored, nothing to worry
about.
The most famous seeds of all time (the 567 Mombart) are white.
Your seeds will be fine that were in the sun.
Tell me, did you have any trouble with stem spliting? My 739 grew so fast my
two largest blew apart.
