Re: Going to a soil symposium

One thing I would like to know is what is the perfect soil test that we
should strive to obtain. We know that our PH should be about 6.8 to 7.0
but what about the other nutrients? What % of Organic matter is
"perfect", How many ppm should we have of Phosphorus, Potassium, Calcium
and Magnesium? In reality, is there a "perfect soil" that we should work
towards or are we still at the experimental stage in obtaining these
results? Just wondering........Ken Reinsborough
