Hi some question from a beginner.
How do you cover the flower to avoid bees-fertilization. Do you put
something around the flower, a bag or something like that.
I also read with many interest the AG faq, it is amazing the info (tips
and tricks) you could find.
But more particulary about fertilization I still have a question. Does
it in fact matter which female flower you fertilize with which male
flower. I know that the female flower should be at about 10 feets (faq)
on the main root, but should the be male flower be from the same plant,
or is it better to take a male from another plant?
On a plant do you have to fertilize two or more females or only one, and
if there are more pumpkins coming on a plant, do you have to prune one
to let the other one grows up and become the price-winner?
