Olivier,

1) You can tie the flower closed or use a small bag over it and tie it.
2) Pollinate as many as possible and use several male flowers to do each one.
3) It depends on weather you want to cross pollinate or not. If so, use males
from other plants.
4) Pollinate all the females.
5) Prune all but one or two after you see how they develop. The ones you decide
to keep should be
    at a 90 degree angle to the vine, steady growing and healthy looking.  Let
them grow to a good
    40 pounds or so before you prune. You should also prune all the small
tertiary vines off ( their the
    small ones that grow off the secondary vines).
