I would rather talk to him directly and see what the deal was with that. I
can;t see ANY reason he would do such a thing. He has always been friendly, I
just don;t get it. I just want to hear him directly tell me what happened and
WHY. I know he wanted to plow (but he wasn't clear about plowing where we had
the pumpkin plants), but even so, even if he just "had" to plow over the
pumpkin plants and kill them, there was NO reason he would have to destroy the
ONE MAIN pumpkin itself, I mean come on, that is just plain cold. I don't
know, we still haven't seen the guy since it happened. I want to go back over
and rake over the ground to find any remaining pieces. I weighed the pieces I
have so far and together they only weigh just short of 200 pounds. There
probably is at least 50-100 pounds more out in the field somewhere. Of course
the weights are probably less because of water evaporation, etc.
