Hi Andrea.
I suggest leaving the plants a few weeks to let them settle
in. If there is lots of compost etc in the soil, that will be enough until
the plants start to move. Then you can whack in the liquid feed. Blood and
Bone is great for leaf growth etc but you should look at using 'Thrive'
flower and Fruit later on when you want to get some flowers going just
before Christmas.
