You have really ran this thing over many times in your head and I really
want to see it happen.
BUT..... Here is another insight I have.........
I grew a 79 LB Burpee BIG MAX that when it was still an embryo I laid
between the holes in my tomato cage which were around 5 inch square. The
pumpkin grew to the wire then within a couple of days consumed the wire and
became one with it even though it never actually consumed the wire directly
into the flesh. Like an odd hour glass. I only tried it because I had
accidentally did it with a spaghetti squash the year before on my chain link
fence.
You will have to take that into consideration !!!!!!!!!!
Please don't take my comments as combative or discouraging I am simply
adding my TWO CENTS to the subject in hopes that we can come to a PERFECT way
to see this through.....
