Re: World record Baby goes down

I was in Central Park today to deliver my 885, IT's going to be carved to 
look like a baseball player with one eye being the Mets and the other the 
Yanks. They may use it as a promo for game 5-Thursday night. The pumpkin is 
part of a fall festival. there is supposed to be 50,000 people going to this 
festival on Saturday. It was the first time for me driving to the city, It's 
a tough enough drive, let alone with a 885 # pumpkin in tow. The people there 
drive like NUTS!!! It took 4-hours to get there and only 3 hours to get home.

I was told of dave's pumpkin going down when I pulled into Central Park, The 
Regis show was told I would be there, and sent a crew to tape some footage 
but, I was late getting there and they left.

It was quite a day, that I do not wish to relive soon. I will never again 
deliver a pumpkin to the big apple, I just dont have the stomach for the ride.
