Re: Pumpkin growing instructions

I could forward you the one that I made.  It's nothing fancy and does not go into a great amount of detail.  I simply reproduced information that Duncan McAlpine and Don Langevin provided (with their permission).  I also provided websites of interest on the back.  The only thing you would have to do is take my name off the last page.

Ditto,

I am trying to establish a few more growers in Central Ohio and would appreciate a small pamphlet I could hand out with seeds.  If something is available on the web that I could print without offending anyone, that would work.

Dear list,

I am doing my best to promote the sport of growing giant pumpkins in Northeast Wisconsin.  On Sunday 10/14/01, I will be taking my smaller pumpkin grown this year (501) to show off at fall festival for kids.  I will also be offering seeds from previously grown pumpkins to all that are interested.  What I am looking for is an updated pamphlet for growing large pumpkins that I can give away with the seeds.  I have a pamphlet that was written by Wayne Hackney several years ago.  But the weights are outdated and it has been photocopied so many times that it makes difficult reading.  If there is someone out there that has what I am looking for, please respond privately or just forward the pamphlet to me at the address below.  I plan on using my prize money for taking sixth place (689) at Nekoosa, WI to cover the cost of making copies.

Thanks in advance to all who respond,
