Soil Antiseptic

Hello. I am looking for a good "Soil Antiseptic". This year I was wiped out by a "Mosaic" virus as best as I can tell. If it was "Squash Mosaic" which I believe it was, then I'm not overly concerned because from what I've read and been told "Squash Mosaic" is seed generated. If it was another type of "Mosaic" then it is soil generated. I don't want to take any chances, I want to kill everything. If anyone has any idea's please e-mail me in private.
