'Tis the Seed Groveling Season...
I'm doing my best to inspire as many growers in my area (western MT) to
plant, grow and enjoy the magic of giant pumpkins. I've made promises to
give anyone seeds if they send me sasbp's - and now the envelopes are
arriving. I will have plenty from the 7 giants I grew, but will put the
request out just the same. I'd love to offer the 4H leaders some to
distribute as well as the garden clubs.
So, I'm not the least bit choosy - low end weights are fine. I just want to
get them hooked, then they can aspire to better genetics. If you have some
older but viable seed you've just been dying to clean out of those drawers
and shelves - let me help you! Unless they already have the genetics on a
labeled envelope, I'd say don't concern yourself with identifying the seed
or sorting in small envelopes (I'll divvy them up). Bulk is fine.
We finally put MT on the AG map this year - now I've got to spread the
affliction!
Please email me privately if you can help me out. Please don't send any
favored or prized seed stock. I'll grovel for that on my own.
Thanks in advance,
Kim
