request for some help in hunting down some chemicals for pumpkin growing???

I am looking for a systemic chemical called ALLIETEE (sp?), can anyone help
me out on finding it and where I can buy it?  It is suppose to control
fungus and soil problems around the base of the plant.  Also, any feedback
from anyone that has used this would be helpful and appreciated.
