I was reading your post about free seeds when I read the part about the foaming
stump.  I too have this problem and don't know what it is.  I have talked to many
people and they do not have any idea what it is.  Have you had anyone look at the
problem or anyone diagnose the disease?
Please let me know if you have any information about the foaming stump problem.
