Drying pumpkin seeds

Just wondering if anybody has a fast dry method for these AG pumpkin seeds
that won't  hurt them.  Will a standard dehydrator work and not be too hot?

Seems these buggers take about a month to fully dry at room temperature.
It would be nice if there is a faster method that's safe.
