RE: Insecticide Granules

Hi Wendel,
Doug Adams here from Carrollton, Georgia. Hope you had a good year. I grew
my biggest ever this year at 982 lbs. but it got a hole in it so it don't
count for the state record. But it is the biggest one ever grown in Georgia
so far. We are trying to catch up with you Tn. growers. Lee from south Ga.
got a 920, Jason D. from north Ga. got a 960 for state record and I got a
982.

What would be the best cover crop for me to plant this fall?

Take care,
Doug Adams

.....Timely
spraying on the vine is critical. The adult will lay eggs usually low on
the vine, they hatch and the larva bore into the vine.Spraying the leaves
won't help on SVB 's unless you happen to catch an adult resting on the
leaf late in the evening. Right on, good info Stephen! Hope everybody
had a good year, Wendel
