Dry them on an old window screen for about three weeks. Shuffle them around
on the screen once a day for the first week. After three weeks the seeds
are ready to store in a jar. You can tell when they are ready by a
paper-like film that will shed from the seeds during the drying process.
Do not expose them to any type of forced heat during the drying process.
(i.e. a food dehydrator or an oven)
