I've been on this mailing list for about 9 months now and have benefited
greatly. I have learned a great deal.
I am a software developer by trade and am curious: do giant pumpkin growers
usually have agriculturally-based jobs or do they come from all walks of life?
What does everyone do for a living?
Mike
=========================
Mike,
I have been an Engineering Manager in the aerospace industry for nearly
20 years. Married with four kids and happily living in Southern California,
where because of Chris Anderson, we have renewed confidence that we can grow a
giant pumpkin in California, just like the growers in Eastern North America.
