Does Provincial Fire Behavior Officer mean you make those Alberta fires

And does it work on punkins, too? I imagine you out in the garden in black
leather, with tiny whips and a chair and vine-cuffs, making those AGVs
STRAIGHTEN UP AND GROW RIGHT!
