Re: Kuhn seeds requests

Mike, Karri and others:

I grew a 614 from the Kuhn 607 which was on the same plant as his 929.4.
Going into late summer, I was 6 1/2 inches over his same day from pollination
records before my patch suffered heavy powdery mildew I believe this shut down
my plant and stopped me from attaining his poundage. If you or anyone else
would like a seed, from my 614, send a self address stamped bubble envelope
to:

                 Alan Reynolds
                 P.O.Box 681
                 Durham, CT. 06422
Just a note to all interested. The seeds have not been harvested yet and the
seeds must be allowed to dry. Please be patient the seeds will be sent as
soon as possible.

P.S. Al Eaton, Yes, the Reynolds 614 was from the Kuhn 607 X Self

The Kuhn 607 was from the 567 Mombart X Open.

P.S. Karri, Mr. Kuhn is from New Hampshire he grew the 929.4 and the 607 in
1997. The 929.4 is the largest pumpkin ever grown directly from the famous
567 Mombart.
