Re: To weigh or not to weigh


Last year we saw a guy bring an 847# pumpkin which had a split...no rot or
soft spot yet, just a split.  He brought it in hopes of not being
disqualified, but was.  Everyone really appreciated his bringing the big P,
and we got his name a visited him this fall.  Personally, as long as you
dont expect to be in the competition,  I would take the monster and get a
weight.
