Decomposition might be a good word for her to use. Or Biodegradation as
Duncan suggested.
There are probably may other "technical" biological terms that would do it
that I'm not familiar with. There might be some type of "cellular
degeneration" type terminology in the field of Biology. Maybe Harold
Eddleman would be a good resource!
