I would not use any spray or just Roundup this year. Cockleburrs are an
annual that is very easy to control. Clean up this years plants burn them
and all the seed you can. Next year don't let anymore grow, hand weed them
out. The seeds will last a long time and each year you cultivate will
bring up more, just hand control those each year.Roger
