SASE out of country
I sent a bubble pack recently. at my local post office they told me that
packages out of the country coming back in should have stamps from that
country. They could not sell me stamps but sold me a commercial dodad that
is redeemable for us stamps. I also put a handling fee in so it will be
covered. He suggested that it may be a good idea to find some one in
countries where you frequently post sase and send them cash to buy you
stamps so you could have them on hand. Chris
