OVGPG Weighoff
I updated the Ohio Valley Giant Pumpkin Growers web page again. There are
some of the specifics of weighoff day at

Also, a new prize has been established. Dave Stelts is offering one of his
801.5 seeds to the biggest pumpkin that is brought to the OVGPG weighoff at
Parks Garden center that is grown from his 801.5. So, if you have a big one
on the 801.5 and would like to pick up another seed, you may want to come to
our weighoff this year.
The Ohio scene isn't looking the best this year for pumpkins, I don't know of
anyone with a pumpkin over 1000 pounds at this time. In my patch things are
growing slow with nothing more than 20 pounds per day.
