I agree with Alun, it is everywhere and always will be. I have seen it
around for as long as I can remember. The best way to control it seems
to be prevention with weekly sprayings of Daconil or some other
fungicide. It seems to always show up here around Sept. 1st when the
nights are longer and cooler causing the dew to stay on the leaves for
longer periods of time.
