More compost

Yo Therese,
Sounds ideal what you do as long as it's not over about 2 years
old it's wonerful stuff.A few years ago I filled a wooden compost bin
8'x8'x5'high with fresh horse manure to the top and trod it down and topped
it up again.I had a spare squash plant(sorry pumpkin lovers everywhere) so I
put it in.I never fed or watered it at all and the main vine grew out and
down on to the ground and produced a 400lb+ fruit even though I cut the main
vine off at the 12' mark.It also had a lot on the side vines about 150lb
each.Try that one.
