Seeds


Just a comment on the conventional way to show an AG and it's parents,for
those who may not know.

Example      827 Holland 92-----575.5 Dill 88  x  742 Fisher 91

That shows the AG or seed------then the mother plant------then the male
pollinator.

The year is important too,especially for clarity as time goes on.

This example shows hand pollination with pollen taken from the "742 Fisher
91" plant to the female blossom of the "575.5 Dill 88" plant.

For the case of open pollination,the male is shown as "open",meaning mother
nature did the pollination and the source is uncertain.-AE
