I'd probably just leave the dead leaves in place. If you've got feet like
mine you'll probably mess up the vines trying to get the leaves pruned off.
Last year there was a post or two about pumpkins continuing to gain some
weight even after the plant was complete killed by the frost.
As far as fertilizer goes I'd probably go with kelp/seawed or continue
with the high K.
