You need someone to help market your pumpkins. The best of the best, I AM talking about the contest winners I have never sold for less than a dollar a pound. (State Fair winners included). Watch those notes for pumpkins. You can make alot of money if they look good.
I hear you on the rototilling. I know we don't do it for the money. I think it is the love of being the best. Let them weigh their pumpkins at the corner store and they can claim their weight, but see whos name gets written in the books as the best that year...
