http://www.bigpumpkins.com is also a great resource. If the archives are
anything like what's been posted over the last couple of weeks, you aren't
going to find much on actual growing techniques here. There are many of us
lurking however waiting on that type of subject matter.

Hello,

I've just subscribed to this list.  Recently I moved from my 1/12th acre
lot in Milwaukee to a small farm in southern Wisconsin, and now have all
the room I could want (or manage) for gardening.  I haven't grown a
pumpkin since I was a kid, but I thought I'd try growing giant pumpkins
in 2003.

Rather than ask a bunch of questions that have probably been asked over
and over, I thought I would spare you and first try to find the archives
for this list.  I've found links to http://www.hort.net/lists/pumpkins/
... on the web but I can't get the site to come up.  Is the site down or
has it moved?
