As a judge if I want to reverse something its my call period. I have the
final say period. I get to say when the final say is- period.....thats what
it means.
Take for instance the skating incidence in the Olympics. It took time to
iron that all out. Wasn't pleasant I'm sure.
There is a lot of dramatic garbage surrounding this incidence things were
done back -assward and far from perfect but that doesn't change the ultimate
requirement "free of rot"........
should human error have any bearing on the truth of the matter?
