Georgia weighoff results
We held a little weighoff at my house here in beautiful Cleveland, GA this
afternoon. Here's the results :
1. 679 Nepereny (1178 Rivard x sib - new Georgia record)
2. 583 Nepereny (991 Hunt x 1178 Rivard - was still growing)
3. 535.5 Nepereny (822 Vader x 584.5 Nepereny)
4. 342 Nepereny (1153 Eaton x 822 Vader)
5. 316 Nepereny (1061 Pukos x 732 Kennedy)
6. 208 Hildebrand
Excruciatingly enough, all my pumpkins weighed heavy except for my largest. It
weighed 3% light. :(
I would like to thank all those in attendance that sacrificed a beautiful
Saturday afternoon to weigh these pumpkins. I would especially like to thank
fellow GA growers Doug Adams, Brian Hildebrand and Bob Attaway for helping to
keep the sport alive here in Georgia.
