As I stated before, quite a dilemma. Just want to clarify the Guinness issue.
Guinness does not run around the world looking for giant pumpkins or anything
else. You must go to them with mounds of documentation and it takes the better
part of a year. Since the record has been broken every year recently it hardly
makes any sense for anyone to go through all of the hassle. This is probably
why Guinness has not been updated recently.
I also feel that most reputable growers would not go out on a limb and try to
enter an imperfect pumpkin in Guinness so it probably is a moot point.
